| | Street Parking Warning | | Posted on: Thursday, March 08, 2007 | | The ICC of Des Plaines has received complaints from the city and neighbors about people blocking homes driveways and mailboxes while attending the Friday prayer.
Hadith: Narrated by Abu Hurarirah(R.A.) that the prophet (PBUH) said:
“By Allah is not a true believer, By Allah is not a true believer, By Allah is not a true believer (Three Times). He was asked who?” Upon which he replied, “The one whose neighbors do not feel secure from his mischief and evil”.
Dear Muslims:
If you are parking on side streets.
Please:
Don not block driveways
Do not block mailboxes
Do not park on lawn
Do not spin your tires on the street
